Session on Ecotoxicogenomics
May 22, 2005 to
May 26, 2005
Lille, France
Abstract:
This session is devoted to the development and use of genomic tools
to assess contaminate impacts on aquatic biota. Many genomic tools including PCR
assays, Microarrays, Proteiomics, and Metabonomics are under development. Some are now used to diagnose impacts to aquatic environments. The purpose of this session is to present these tools and to highlight several studies were they are used to show adverse biological responses to environmentally relevant exposures.
Plan to attend the 15th Annual Meeting of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry in Europe. La raison is this special session on Ecotoxicogenomics.
